The owners were exceptionally welcoming and went out of their way to accommodate us, even providing chilled glasses for our drinks. The breakfast was one of the best I've had, with a wide variety of options, including homemade granola that set us up for the day.
The breakfast room is located in the basement, which might feel a bit cramped. the area surrounding the property is quite hilly, which could pose a challenge for those with mobility issues.

stunning, stunning, stunning
I absolutely loved my stay! The rooms are beautifully decorated with individual flourishes, making each space feel unique and inviting. One of my favorite moments was enjoying the delicious homemade granola at breakfast while soaking in the peaceful atmosphere created by the stunning garden area. Plus, the warm and welcoming interactions with Pete and Tracey truly made it feel like a home away from home!

had a great time at sandway house! the place is stunning and super clean, like a boutique hotel! the location's awesome coz it's just a short walk to the beach and there’s a beautiful garden bench outside to chill. breakfast options are delicious and the hosts, peter and tracey, were really friendly and helpful! definitely check out their homemade treats, sooo good!

The breakfast room is located in the basement, which can feel a bit cramped and uninspiring for meals. While clean and well-appointed, some rooms lack sufficient electrical outlets for charging multiple devices. There's also mention of a bit of a hilly area surrounding the hotel, which might make it tough for those with mobility issues. Lastly, there are no shared lounges or communal areas for socializing, which leaves little space to unwind together.

Stunningly decorated with a lovely garden bench for reading! Breakfast options were unique—homemade treats (the marmalade was simply the best! ). Peter and Tracey made us feel at home. There’s a great local vibe!

Amazing breakfast and lovely hosts!
Just spent 5 nights at this fab place. Peter and Tracey are super friendly and really go above and beyond to help. Breakfast was awesome—like, full English with fresh toast and tons of options. The location's a bit hilly, so maybe pack your fitness shoes, but the views are stunning! Don't miss the lovely bench out front to chill and read.

There’s a charming garden bench for relaxing and a sunny spot to sip coffee outside, which was a real treat. If I had to nitpick, the breakfast room was in the basement, but honestly, that didn’t take away from our awesome experience at all! 😊

lovely stay with some minor quirks
The hotel featured beautiful decor and provided a cozy atmosphere. The room layout optimized natural light with a dressing table by the window and good lighting in the bathroom. Our hosts were friendly and exceptionally accommodating, which made our time more enjoyable.
The breakfast room is located in the basement, which can feel cramped.
